My dad and I both bought tractors from Classic Tractor Center. Within the first week, I had to take mine to a mechanic because of a slight vibration in the steering wheel. It turned out the wheels just needed balancing. My dad’s tractor had no issues at all, so mine may have been a one-off. Other than that, we’re both happy with the experience.

Customer service was fantastic, but the inspection team definitely needs to pay closer attention. I was told delivery would be delayed because the battery needed replacing. They changed it, but that didn’t fix the actual problem. They didn’t figure out what was really wrong until the day before the new delivery date, which pushed delivery back another week. The inspection process could use some work, but customer service was second to none.

I absolutely loved the entire buying process! The prices were incredibly competitive, and the selection was much better than what any local equipment dealer near me offered. The delivery team was exceptionally polite and helpful, and picking up my brand-new 2023 Case IH Puma Tractor went completely smoothly. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Classic Tractor Center sold me a 2020 John Deere 8245R Tractor, and surprisingly, they had the best price I could find for that exact year, model, and configuration. Their financing rate was much higher than what my local bank offered, but the process itself was simple, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. When the tractor arrived, the tires were completely worn out. To their credit, Classic Tractor Center paid for a full set of new tires and made things right. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more strongly.

I’m happy with the tractor overall. I did have to spend some money fixing a loose panel on the cab door because the previous owner had used the wrong clips. That’s something Classic Tractor Center probably should’ve caught before delivery. Other than that, I was completely satisfied, and the tractor arrived right on time. My purchase and delivery were both within California, so I can only speak to that experience.

This was my second purchase from Classic Tractor Center, and overall, it went well. One key was missing, and the left side panel had a small dent that looked like it happened during transport.
