We coordinate insured hauling to collect the machine, or you're welcome to deliver it back to our yard.
After a quick condition and hour-meter check, your refund is issued — typically within 3–5 business days of the machine's return.
The guarantee applies to the machine in the same condition it was delivered — normal shakedown and light jobsite use is expected and fine. Returns need the equipment free of new damage, aftermarket changes, and wear beyond the 25-hour allowance.
